About the role
As a sales manager at Embedl, your responsibility is to help the company grow by increasing sales. Your goal is to develop qualified leads and opportunities that can increase the number of companies using Embedl’s products and solutions. You manage the sales pipeline and cultivate strong relationships with prospects from the first contact. Our skilled AI developers and our Digital marketing team will support your mission.

Who are we looking for?
Objectives of this Role
- Achieve company sales objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
- Generate leads and build and nurture client relationships
- Representing our company with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings within AI
- Represent Embedl in conferences and events to grow the pipeline and execute sales
- Analyze customer needs and identify how our solutions meet them
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the pipeline and customer base and extends global reach
- Having the energy to work with Outbounds and Whitelists to collect a group of new prospects
- Tight interaction with our Digital Marketing team, which creates Lead generation as well
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes
- Based in Gothenburg or Stockholm
- Ability to travel at least 20-40% of the time
Skills and Qualifications
- Expert on creating Business values and Value propositions for the customer
- 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably within AI, Automotive or other Edge AI sectors
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- An open-minded, humble personality with a great ability to build and retain strong relationships.
- Experience with International conferences and confidence with Speaker roles
- Fluent English, oral and written, is a requirement for this role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with complex software or hardware sales to be integrated within an OEM
- Proven success rate at levels above quotas
- Proven record on heavy outbound job duties
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or related field
- Team sport experience
- An engineering exam is a merit, even though you might have turned into sales early in your career.
