The Role
As Technical Customer Lead, you sit at the intersection of engineering and customer success. Your mission is to ensure that every customer can leverage Embedl’s SDK and research breakthroughs with confidence and speed. You will guide onboarding sessions, run deep-dive workshops, translate customer needs into engineering tasks, and create crisp technical collateral that elevates both our users and our internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer onboarding & workshops - Plan and run hands-on sessions that make complex topics approachable and actionable.
- Create & improve technical material - Craft tutorials, sample projects, and best-practice guides that scale your expertise.
- Act as the technical bridge – Gather customer feedback, clarify requirements, and channel insights back to our product and research teams.

- Ambitious, self-directed, and comfortable owning high-level goals and figuring out the path to get there.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- B.Sc., M.Sc., or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years developing software in Python or C++ (or both) with exposure to deep-learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Track record of presenting technical content, workshops, conference talks, or customer demos.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with model optimization techniques (pruning, quantization, NAS)
- Experience with inference acceleration on edge/embedded hardware.
